Born and raised in Colorado, Dr. Joshua Zastrocky enjoys serving Durango as an eye doctor at Four Corners Eye Clinic. Board certified in ophthalmology, he is the only fellowship-trained glaucoma specialist in the Four Corners region. This means he has completed extensive, specialized training under the supervision of leading glaucoma specialists. He also offers comprehensive eye care, advanced cataract surgery, and neuro-ophthalmology services.
Dr. Zastrocky earned his undergraduate degree from Regis University in Denver, graduating summa cum laude, and attended medical school at Creighton University School of Medicine in Omaha, Nebraska. Dr. Zastrocky completed his ophthalmology residency at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha and a fellowship in clinical glaucoma at the University of California Davis.
Dr. Zastrocky is a fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and member of the American Glaucoma Society. He also served as chief of staff for ophthalmology at Animas Surgical Hospital.
When he’s not in the office, Dr. Zastrocky enjoys hiking, biking, running, snowboarding and spending time with his wife and their seven children.
