Dr. Edith Weststeyn was born and raised in Farmington, NM. Upon graduating from Piedra Vista High School she received her Bachelors of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of New Mexico in 2010. She worked in Albuquerque for 3 years as a dental hygienist before moving to Kansas City, MO where she went to dental school. Upon graduating from the University of Missouri Kansas City School of Dentistry in 2017, Dr. Edie served as part of the National Health Service corps providing dental care to underserved patients in Lexington, MO. She recently completed her 2 year pediatric residency program at the Cincinnati Childrens Hospital in Ohio.
She is happily married to her husband Justin and together they have a 2 year old son, Bennett, and two miniature australian shepherds Harvey and Quinn. Together, as a family, they enjoy being outdoors, riding bicycles, going for runs, and finding new local restaurants to try. While Dr. Edie has loved her time in the midwest, her heart has always been in the southwest and she is excited to return home.
