Due to the presence of Coronavirus in the state of Colorado, we have implemented the following preventative measures to protect our patients, staff, and visitors:
- All visitors must be at least 18 years old
- No more than 1 visitor per adult patient
- No more than 2 visitors per pediatric/special needs patient
- Please don’t visit if you have cold or flu symptoms
- If you arrive as a patient and have a fever, cough, or sore throat, please ask for a face mask and wear it
- Patients, visitors, and staff are all asked to wash their hands frequently with soap and water or use hand sanitizer
In addition, staff will now be screening patients and visitors at our main entrance for respiratory illnesses before entry into our facility. Patients with cold or flu symptoms will be asked to wear a surgical mask and will be medically assessed. If a patient’s visitor has a cough, shortness of breath, or fever, we will assess your symptoms and help you decide if you need to be seen in the ER or if you should go home, isolate, and self-care
To limit the number of people in our lobby at one time, visitors may be asked to wait in their cars until they are called to pick up their friend or family member. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for keeping our patients safe.
