A native of Minnesota, Dr. Eric Meyer has been enjoying the Durango lifestyle since 2001. As an eye doctor at Four Corners Eye Clinic, his clinical interests include advanced cataract surgery, comprehensive eye care, eyelid plastic surgery, and medical retina diagnosis and treatment. He has also served as chief of staff of the Medical Ethics Committee at Animas Surgical Hospital.
Dr. Meyer earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin in Madison and his medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee. He completed his residency in ophthalmology at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.
Dr. Meyer lives in Durango with his wife, two children, and two golden retrievers. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, hunting, hiking, golf, and skiing.
